Our weekly dance classes are open level, welcoming people with and without dance experience. Choreography is broken down and clearly demonstrated so that everyone is taking the same foot forward and getting to experience the happy flood of endorphins that dancing releases.

I CAN CHARLESTON
Take yourself back to the roaring 20s in our weekly Charleston dance and vintage Jazz classes in Shrewsbury.

Kick, swing, swivel and shimmy - this cheeky dance style is utterly joyful, encouraging you to let go, smile and feel the elation of dancing in a group. In this friendly class we work on a fun routine for 5 weeks which gives you the satisfaction of mastering a piece of group choreography. If you want to enjoy the benefits of a regular dance class or even be a member of our performance group 'The Dapper Flappers', then this is for you!
I CAN BOLLYWOOD
Bollywood dancing is exciting and invigorating! This vibrant and expressive dance blends eastern and western dance styles to create exciting and eye-catching choreography.
In our weekly class you will learn an energetic Bhangra infused routine, beautiful Indian hand gestures, with an injection of western styles including Hip Hop, Disco and Latin. Every 4 weeks we start a new routine so why not join us soon for a guaranteed dance high!
I CAN 90's DANCE
Enjoy a fun, fly and full body dance workout to the best 90's tunes!
During each session you'll learn 90's inspired dance routines to tunes from the likes of Mc Hammer , House of Pain and Fat Boy Slim...
Choreographic style is influenced by 90's dance trends, namely hip hop and commercial dance and will get your heart rate going, your body buzzing and dance confidence soaring!

The class is open level and welcomes everyone interested in getting fitter through dance.
